Commercial terms

How it is charged

Commission as a percentage of the transaction value, or a fixed success fee, defined in a written agency agreement. The goods themselves are invoiced directly between supplier and buyer.

Common questions

When do you act as an agent instead of a wholesaler?

When the buyer wants to contract directly with the manufacturer — for example for large or recurring volumes — or when goods ship directly from factory to buyer.

Who pays the commission?

Whichever party appoints us, as set out in the agency agreement. We disclose our role to both sides.

How is the commission calculated?

As a percentage of the invoiced value of the underlying deal, or a fixed fee per completed transaction.
